1. Round I

    Web Operations

Useful if your site matters to your work but you have no time to follow its technical side.

We handle the everyday side: we plan updates instead of reacting to them, check regularly that everything works and keep content and media in order. If you need a change or have a question, you know who to write to.

    What we check

    • Planned updates
    • Periodic technical checks
    • Content and media management
    • Small changes and ongoing support
  2. Round II

    Maintenance

Useful if your site runs on WordPress (or similar) and updates are piling up.

A site left alone ages: plugins, themes and PHP versions need careful updating, after a backup and with a check afterwards. We fix the errors that come up and keep an eye on the site staying reachable and responsive.

    What we check

    • Plugin and theme updates
    • Error fixing
    • Uptime monitoring
    • Performance checks
  3. Round III

    Security and infrastructure

Useful if you are not sure where the backups are, who manages the domain or when the certificate expires.

We put order in what sits under your site: where it is hosted, who manages the domain, how DNS and Cloudflare are set up, when certificates expire, where backups end up and who can access the admin panel. Basic security configuration, done properly.

    What we check

    • SSL, DNS and Cloudflare
    • Automatic backups
    • Access protection and firewall
    • Hosting and domains
  4. Round IV

    Performance and technical SEO

Useful if your site is slow, Search Console reports issues or some pages are not being indexed.

We measure Core Web Vitals on real data, work on the images, caching and resources that slow things down, and check that sitemaps, indexing and technical structure are right. We work on the technical side: it is a prerequisite for ranking, not a guarantee.

    What we check

    • Core Web Vitals
    • Indexing and sitemaps
    • Search Console
    • On-page optimisation

The shift

From the first inspection to the ongoing watch.

Four steps, always in the same order. You always know where things stand.

  1. Inspection

We assess the technical state of your site, server, tools and main configurations.

  2. Report

We identify problems, risks, errors and room for improvement, and explain them in plain words.

  3. Interventions

We apply updates, fixes, optimisations and the configurations needed, logging every step.

  4. Ongoing watch

We look after your site and systems over time, with regular checks and support when needed.

Leave us the night shift.
