The rounds
Four rounds, always the same checkpoints.
The work is split into four areas. For each one we know what to look at, and we look at it regularly, not only when something breaks.
Round I

What we check

Round II
Maintenance
Ongoing maintenance: plugin and theme updates, bug fixing, and making sure the site stays online.
What we check
- Plugin and theme updates
- Error fixing
- Uptime monitoring
- Performance checks
Round III
Security and infrastructure
Hosting, domains, SSL, backups, Cloudflare, access protection: the ground your site stands on.
What we check
- SSL, DNS and Cloudflare
- Automatic backups
- Access protection and firewall
- Hosting and domains
Round IV
Performance and technical SEO
Speed, technical structure and indexing: what your site needs to be fast and readable by search engines.
What we check
- Core Web Vitals
- Indexing and sitemaps
- Search Console
- On-page optimisation
First technical review
One page of the logbook, before we start.
The first review is an inspection: seven checks on the current state of your site, each with a clear result and a note on what to do. No scores, just what works, what does not and what we would do.

| # | Check | Result | Note |
|---|---|---|---|
| 01 | SSL status | Valid (In order) | Certificate active, automatic renewal configured. |
| 02 | Backups | Configured (In order) | Daily backups on the server. An off-site copy and a restore test are recommended. |
| 03 | Speed | Needs work (To fix) | Home page slow on mobile: heavy, unoptimised images. |
| 04 | DNS | OK (In order) | Records correct, no stale configuration. |
| 05 | WordPress updates | Pending (To fix) | Some plugins and the theme need updating, after a backup. |
| 06 | Basic security | Active (In order) | Firewall active. Two-factor authentication suggested for admins. |
| 07 | Search Console | To verify (To verify) | Property access to be confirmed with the site owner. |
7 checks · 4 in order · 2 to fix · 1 to verify
The shift
From the first inspection to the ongoing watch.
Four steps, always in the same order. You always know where things stand.
Inspection
We assess the technical state of your site, server, tools and main configurations.
Report
We identify problems, risks, errors and room for improvement, and explain them in plain words.
Interventions
We apply updates, fixes, optimisations and the configurations needed, logging every step.
Ongoing watch
We look after your site and systems over time, with regular checks and support when needed.
Leave us the night shift.
